Awesome! HomeFi/James Lopez were extremely patient as we started at the end of last year of "toying" the idea of purchasing a home but not exactly knowing when. Being a first time home buyer, James had no issues answering or getting back to me the million and a half questions I had, even 6 months prior to when we would be ready to purchase fully. When the time came, the process was extremely smooth and easy to track with their software and knowing the exact status of the loan. Would absolutely recommend and plan to use again in the future!

An amazing experience! Our experience with Barbara and Brandon at HomeFi was amazing! We were interested in refinancing, filled out the online form and had options sent to us by the next day. Really the best out there! I was told by other mortgage company that my credit score was to low and I wouldn't be able to get in a home. Had been working for over a year to get it right. They still said no. So I post on Facebook, asking about mortgages he reached out and in less then a month in a half we are now in our own home! Try them even if you don't think you'll be approved.
